You told us. We listened.
As we worked through the entry process for works eligible to receive cash awards, it was brought to my attention that others would like an opportunity to simply show the work.
This is that. Thanks to the abundance of space provided for us at David A. Howe Public Library; we will have a designated space for works that are intended for display/sale only. Though these works will not be considered in the voting process, they will be visibly displayed to all visitors.
YOU BRING IT. YOU HANG IT.
Register by March 16th and bring your work in to hang/display at the library between 10 and 2 on March 23rd. To ensure proper labeling and adequate space, we Thank You in advance for pre-registration BEFORE bringing any work to the library.
USE THE SAME ENTRY FORM (attached)
Simply make a note that your entry is for display/sale only. Contact SheilaLynnK Art Studio if you have any questions or concerns.

Support Women Artists Now Day/SWAN Day is an annual international celebration of women’s creativity and gender parity activism, which was co-founded by Martha Richards of WomenArts and Jan Lisa Huttner of FF2 Media in 2008. WomenArts led SWAN Day from 2008-2018 and selected Statera Foundation to lead SWAN Day starting in 2019. SWAN Day is a grassroots effort that is being coordinated by Statera Foundation and WomenArts through Statera Arts Website.
Celebrated locally since 2014, in partnership with Belfast Organization for Artists to shine a light on our local Women Artists as a Creative resource; SWAN Days Allegany County NY has been held in honor of the many creative people working hard to keep the arts accessible to all members of our rural community.
