In this class we are focusing on increasing the length of the pause after exhale to prepare for bandha-work over the next several weeks. We also practice jathara parivrtti parsva (a side-lengthening mudra pose) to prepare the spine and hips for janu sirsana later on. Class is overall very focusing and steadying.  *Thank you to my Yoga Teacher friend Becky for the meditation theme*

I brought my son to class with me today, and you can hear him whisper a bit in the middle :)
