Hello friends,

I'm back in North America! I'll be spending the rest of this week in Montreal and then I head to Virginia to hang out with my sister and her family.

I've been busy writing and I'm working to publish a book of poetry by January. JANUARY! That seems like lightyears from now and also... holy crap, that's just a few short months away.

More updates to come soon. In the meantime, here's a little section of a poem I wrote while I was in Vietnam a few months ago.

Many thanks for your support.

With gratitude,

Sometimes I can feel my heart beat
In my chest
And it feels like
Gaia and sacred and
Look at how alive I am!
Isn’t the world amazing?
Aren’t we lucky and special
To be alive right now?
And sometimes
It is like a gunshot
A bullet
Ricocheting around in my chest
A bomb
A constant reminder
That I’m still alive
And how much it hurts to be alive.
