Only major gameplay thing to look for is idea of "Hunger Game", that user needs to be keep feeding the character, and needs to deal with events that damages health and other stats.
Currently user needs to deal with seasonal mosquito attacks, random rat problems, and wolves in the forest which will deal heavy damage to player.
Staying alive is fun, and using store to buy is fun. I think I am going the right direction.
