What I Use - Hair Care
This may come as a bit of a surprise to some of you but I don't wash my hair with apple cider vinegar and finish with coconut oil as a conditioner. I am a very "all natural" girl, but I do draw the line when it comes to personal care and beauty - my standards are pretty high.

So, for those of you who cannot get by on washing you hair with a bar of soap and want performance out of your natural products - I highly recommend the Intelligent Nutrients brand. They were created by the original creator of the Aveda brand (not natural like it is touted to be) and I love the products that I use!

The idea behind this product line is that it is so clean that you could eat it... not that you'd want to, but that's how clean it is!

Full Disclosure - Currently I use only the shampoo and conditioner. Oh, and none of these product recommendations are paid ads.

If you want to be very natural I do recommend either very short hair or long hair (of course depending on your preference and hair texture). I chopped my long, long hair into the popular 'lob' hairstyle recently and it's not as low-maintenance as I has hoped/expected. Since I cut my hair I am using a few more (not-so-natural) salon products which I plan on eliminating as soon as my hair is long enough again... live and learn :)

I order it directly from their website - that's the best deal I've found so far.
