What makes a good life? l A LOOK BACK to 2016
It's almost like our tradition now to watch those 'Look Back" films during the first weeks of the new year. We like to look back a little to the past year before we set goals and resolutions for the new year.

Last year, we were watching Billy Yang film "One wild and precious life" along with "The Good Life" by Ted Talk which were the most inspiring for us. We knew this is the life we want to live, the life surrounded by loved ones and those who matter to us. 

This year, we put together our memories of what we've done together, what we've accomplished, what we've failed, things we laughed, things that made us cry. This reminds us to always be mindful and to embrace the uncertainty which is the essence of life.

Mark Twain's quote:

“There isn't time, so brief is life, for bickerings, apologies, heartburnings, callings to account. 

There is only time for loving, and but an instant, so to speak, for that."
