When Cities Set Their Own Visionary Goals
One of the more important aspects of culture design is SHARED PURPOSE at the community level. Here is an example where the mayor of New York City is leading a divestment movement to rid its financial portfolio of oil company stocks.

They are also suing the largest oil companies for willfully and intentionally spreading lies about global warming while engaging in profiteering and short-term greed that places the future of humanity in jeopardy.

This is a rudimentary expression of what becomes possible when people collaborate to create the cultural systems (cities included) that they want to see evolve in the future. Imagine what other possibilities are yet-to-be-attempted as culture design takes off in the years ahead.

Onward, fellow humans!
