When I find something that works, I try to do it every day.
When I find something that works today, I stick with it! This doesn't mean you shouldn't try new things, but if you would like to live a happy, productive life you should consistently do the things that make you happy as a person. I attend a daily support group that helps me to be a more productive and healthy person. I used to only attend meetings two times a week, but very quickly I realized that I have the same struggles each day, so it makes sense to attend the meetings daily. Today, I am thankful to have many practices that work for me on a daily basis, and this helps to give me peace of mind. I hope this power thought is helpful for you, and I appreciate your feedback!
