Hello lovely patrons & visitors,
Want to get some original art in time for Christmas/any other winter festivals? Or because I love winter & don't need an excuse? To celebrate completing Inktober for the 2nd year running, I'll be giving away the original drawing above to one of my patrons. All you have to do to be in with a chance of some free art is; be a patron of my Patreon here on November 30th. So it's a great time to subscribe, even at the $1 tier :)
At the end of November I will;
- Assign everyone in my Patreon patron list a number from 1-n
- Use the facilities of random.org to generate a random number in the range 1-n
- The patron represented by that number will hear from me after 30th Nov via the email address listed with their patronage (pls make sure it's up to date)
- If for any reason the selected patron wants to pass on the artwork, another random number will be generated
You'll need to provide a shipping address if you don't already receive print packs. You can also choose not to participate - drop me a line on Patreon if you'd rather not participate in this giveaway.
About the artwork
This drawing is the final one I made in Inktober (I made 2 on the 31st; a test and the above final piece.) It's made using a set of generative rules that I refined over the course of the month, and I'm really pleased with how it turned out! It's drawn on A3 Bristol card in Sennelier inks, sprayed with a fixative to improve fade resistance, and is signed on the front. The drawing will ship rolled, with a certificate of authenticity.
My patrons here afford me the time to explore new drawing methods and mediums by providing regular monthly support. I'm grateful for it, and I'm happy to be running my second giveaway this year to say 🎉THANK YOU! 🎊 You rock like very nice lichens, patrons.💚
So until the next update; take care of yourselves as much as you're able too, tell a friend about the giveaway, & here are some WIPs of the giveaway drawing being made.
