I get to huddle in a yurt on the Oregon coast for the next few days and write.
I can't even describe how giddy I've been in the days leading up to this. I have hours and hours stretching out in front of me with nothing but solitude and writing.
I get to do this because of you (my patrons). I get to write because of you. I don't know that there are enough thanks for me to give.
My goals for this retreat: 1) take a (final?) pass through my fantasy novel before getting it to my editor, 2) outline a book idea that's been in my head for a while, 3) outline my NaNoWriMo novel, 4) outline a project that I have due next month, 5) read a bunch of stuff that I've been meaning to read, 6) stare at a fire and wait for new ideas to emerge.
What do you want to know about the process?
