As you may know, I used to run this (rather popular session) at the end of each month, however, in this current climate, learning how to switch off and enabling deep sleep is imperative: especially for our immune system
What is involved in this session?
Light stretching focusing on the spine and pelvis followed by Yoga Nidra. This is a guided meditation of your physical and energetic body as you lay on the floor. This practice leads you into yogic sleep (the fuzzy bit where you are not sleeping or awake) this period allows the body to recuperate and recharge. followed by cleansing meditation.
How do I know if it has helped?
If you feel energised at the end: it worked!
It you feel tired at the end: it worked!
You see, this practice restores and replenishes. If you are running on empty, the practice will highlight this through your fatigue coming to the surface, so that when you sleep for the night, you have a deeper, restful sleep.
This is an excellent tool to use to check in with your physical, mental and energetic body. Something I personally do on a regular basis. I am of no service to anyone if I am running on empty.

First couple minutes of the audio I will be talking to you about what is involved and giving you cue to set up your space, so you do not need to do any prep before hand, the hour accounts for the set up too.
Why is this free?
As a healthcare professional myself: I understand the visceral importance of being able to switch off, rejuvenate and reset on a regular basis. Failure to do so results in burnout. It is with no surprise that healthcare professionals are prone to, and higher risk of burn out. My career kick started my interest in burn out prevention methodologies. During CV19 I would like to make this technology available and accessible to all of those that need it most.
