Yoga Pose of the Week #17: Crow
This video demonstrates how to get into the beginner arm balance pose Crow. Arm balances can be intimidating for beginners, but don't be afraid to try! Take it slow and breathe and ease into practicing this.

Everyone from beginner to advanced can enjoy practicing and working on this pose at varying levels. Give it a try and see how it makes you feel. If you fall, don't get discouraged! If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you. 

Work on this at least a few times this week, if not every day, to feel improvement in your core and upper body strength, as well as balance. Leave me a comment and let me know your progress and how this feels for you. And check back next week for another new pose of the week to try ;)
