Yoga Nidra (aka Yogic Sleep) is a guided audio meditation/relaxation practice that allows one to go beneath the surface of our waking conscious state to the subtle line between sleep and wakefulness so as to achieve a deeper state of mental and bodily relaxation.  All you need are headphones or speakers and a quiet place to lie down for this 40 minute practice.
