Your mother sometimes forgets to eat because of her ADHD. When you're feeling depressed, it's hard to figure out why you feel so awful, until you remember that you haven't showered in much too long. Your partner knows they're supposed to practice breathing exercises during panic attacks, but can never remember to actually do it.

Some people-- like myself-- have a mental or chronic illness and have trouble figuring out the best way to take care of themselves in the short term. My first twine project is a tool that aims to take care of this problem, in the form of an informative and interactive flow chart.
