Question Duck is a weekly webcomic that's supported and hosted by Smack Jeeves. I will clear the site of advertisements by buying a subscription to Smack Jeeves. It's a nice thing to do and helps support our host.

Patron Quest!

Among the daily sketches, from time to time, I'll update with panels for adventure quest comics! Ya know, like Homestuck, Problem Sleuth, or Ruby Quest! Adventure to be determined. Not every comment or input can be used!

Much more Live Streaming

I stream regularly in the late evenings, which are the hours I am most available. But I'd like to be more available to viewers who sleep at human-like schedules. So I'll open Live Streams of art at more times in the day throughout the week. Ideally, it becomes a situation where I can be streaming whenever I get a chance to sit down and draw. If I'm not working on anything in secret, I'll be able to keep the process as open as possible. And as long as the viewer counts and chats are manageable, the streams will not be exclusive to patrons.

A New 8 Page Mini Comic every Month

There are these 8 page comics that are nice self contained little stories I can be making. You will be able to print and have a copy for yourself at home! I've made a couple, and I'd like to make a bunch more.

I Start a New Webcomic

And you'll get to help me figure out what that is. I'll be discussing with you stories I have, or stories that were sent to me that I'd be interested in making. One would then become a new web comic, and Patrons will have a role in helping determine what the story is like. Whether it's by helping discuss new story arcs or voting on character names is to be determined. I hope to be able to invite patrons into the creative process in satisfying ways, even if it's still largely produced and directed by myself. I want to avoid story by committee, but still provide others the thrill of being part of the creation.

I must meet the pledge goal for at least a month before embarking on this kind of commitment. And on top of that, concept and production can take an long period of time before pages materialize. But the process would be open and transparent for all Patrons.

Hello there. I like to make comics and draw a lot of stuff.

It's pretty rad, but it's also hard work.

"Sketchie Book Daily." You gain Patron only access to a daily sketch blog. These can be process sketches or concept art or even unreleased comics. This is not a replacement for my other artistic outlets, but it is a way to supplement it with daily updates. Every day I am physically able, you should see a new drawing. This includes the Patron Quest milestone goal! Check frequently and add comments to help me determine more of what you'd like to see. Not everything will be work safe so use your best judgement for signing on!

You gain access to Sketchie Book Daily and a link to an exclusive High Resolution Art Gallery, that's frequently updated with high res versions of completed pieces or pages of art. It may even contain PSDs of art so you can see the layers that went into the process of making each piece. The gallery changes and updates as available web space allows, but you should have at the least 30 pieces available to download at any given time. Some pieces will be NSFW, so use your best judgement.
