- To qualify for a single-character commission, you must be pledged to this tier for a minimum of two (2) months leading up to your birthday (including your birthday month), eg. if your birthday is in September you need to be pledged to this tier for at least August and September
- To qualify for a two-character commission, you must be pledged to this tier for a minimum of four (4) months leading up to your birthday (including your birthday month), eg. if your birthday is in September you need to be pledged to this tier for at least June, July, August and September
