About Simma Lieberman

Everyday Conversations on Race for Everyday People is podcast that brings people together across race and culture for open conversations about race. It provides a way for listeners to hear stories, experiences and perspectives from people with whom they have little experience.

People need to talk about race but are either afraid of saying the “wrong thing,” or being ignored and trivialized. If we don't have these conversations we’re doomed.
With the help of a diverse group of advisors and supporters, we’ve recorded over 40 episodes with more on the way. We have listeners in over 24 countries.

Our mission is to disrupt the way race is talked about, break racial silos, and have a global impact on how people see each other.

Guests from different backgrounds share stories, thoughts on race, perspectives on current social issues, and pop culture happenings.

They are all ages, from very young to very old. They’re immigrants, students, formerly incarcerated, executives, hourly employees, social activists, hip-hop artists, athletes, and media.

Our primary goal is to eliminate fear of differences, stop racism and other forms of bigotry and spread love across the globe.

Our Patreon Page and You
We've set up a Patreon page as a result of listeners asking us if there were ways to make small contributions every month. If you enjoy the podcast, and/or believe in the importance of these conversations, then become an official member of the Race Convo Community by pledging at least $3.00 a month and receive a variety of perks and appreciation. You’ll also receive advance notice of upcoming shows that will enable you to send questions for our guests and engage in discussion with me and other members.

Our show is free but podcasting is not. Our goal is to raise at least $1,000 a month to pay for editing, posting, producing/recording and other related expenses. We have no sponsorship or outside funding sources.
No matter what tier you choose, your support will ensure that this podcast continues and grows in quality and reach.
Let’s break barriers together.
