In the mindful moment videos there is instruction about the process, five minutes of painting together and a short review. They will also link with the mindful watercolour prompt cards (free as a PDF when you join my mailing list: https://www.subscribepage.com/r1s7a0 ), helping you to build up a bank of ideas for the different prompts.

These shorter videos are also really great for absolute beginners, for people with limited amounts of time and as warm ups for other creativity.  They give a lovely introduction to the core principles of my approach, watercolours and me as a teacher.  

You need basic supplies, some paints a brush or two and a watercolour book or paper around A6 in size.  Between 10 and 20 minutes to watch the video which includes around 5 minutes of painting real time with me at the painty table.
