Help us turn off Fiverr and make a Fantasy Adventure Comic instead.
$250 per month
We want to make a fantasy adventure comic based on our D&D sessions. It's dead in the water right now, because drawing commissions to make rent takes a lot of time and energy. We do the majority of our commissions on Fiverr, and, honestly, $5 is too low of a price for most of Zach's art. Zach's share of the rent is $250. If we hit that number, we're going to shut down the most time-consuming aspects of Fiverr and turn that energy toward the Fantasy Adventure comic.

About

Ramen Empire is a horrifying mixture of Zachary Stoppel and Bartholomew Klick. Zach has a Bachelor's in Fine Arts, and his talent as a cartoonist speaks for itself. Bart holds a Master's in Communication, and his fiction has appeared in The Machine of Death anthology, Arcane, and a few other places. He was also an editorial intern under John Joseph Adams at Nightmare Magazine.

Ramen Empire is about friends who're trying to get through college and make movies at the same time. Between a language barrier, ancient evils, bad grades, and awkward love affairs, their dedication to film-making survives above all else. Even when the movie is clearly going to be an imperfect product, they will march onward.

It's written and lettered by Bart Klick and drawn, colored, and inked by Zach Stoppel, who share a rapidly decaying slumbode in Kansas. But enough about us.

What's in it for you?
We'll never charge for our comics.

Making comics is our passion, and we love sharing them with anyone who'll stop long enough to read them. For those remarkably savvy. beautiful, and well-endowed readers who have decided to support us on Patreon, we have a few things we'd like to share, first, foremost, and least expensive among these is our eternal gratitude. Money is harder to part with every day, and we recognize that. We genuinely appreciate everyone who throws money in our tin.

Beyond that, though, we make a bunch of stuff on side just for our readers. The list is in flux right now, because we're putting our heads together about what we can reliably offer--but the definite items are custom artwork, drawing lessons, and access to our sketches and other random "for fun" art we make. Check it out below, and help us make more comics.
