Observation of other outdoor professionals working is useful for trainees in developing their own knowledge and skills. This could be Mountain Leader (ML), Winter Mountain Leader (WML) or Mountaineering and Climbing Instructor (MCI) and will mostly be based in Snowdonia, the Peak District, West Coast of Scotland or the Cairngorms. This membership includes a free place on a skills training course. You get to choose whether that is the Mountain Expedition Preparation Course, a Navigation Course, ML Refresher or Expedition Leadership workshop.
