Who's RehnWriter?


Hello, I am a writer of short stories. Most of my stories belong to the horror genre, but I occasionally dip into others as well. You can find most of my stories on Reddit's NoSleep community or my homepage.

In my stories, I often try to write about unsettling and weird occurrences. I am not shy to admit that my work is heavily inspired by the works of H.P. Lovecraft, Franz Kafka as well as the Japanese horror manga artist Junji Ito.

What's the Goal Here?


Frankly said, to work towards my big goal of making enough money to pay for a living with my writing. It's always been my dream to 'make it' as a writer one day. It's a big dream, and to some, it might seem unreasonable or unrealistic. I, however, love writing.

I know it will take a while, most likely years, but I feel I'm on the right track. Every little bit helps! Even $1 is enough to support me and my writing endeavors.

None of the money will go to waste, of course. A big goal for the immediate future is to hit the paying markets and get my stories published in magazines and other publications. It will be tough, and I will need someone to give my stories a second round of editing. This will cost money, money I sadly don't have.
