Chapter 2
With more time to work on personal projects, there will be a lot more updates regarding the stories (comics and visual novels) I want to put out! I'll update with more concepts, sneak peeks, and all sorts of goodies. I'll also do two patron-only request posts and upload two Patron-exclusive flat priced adoptables a month. As I very rarely take commissions, I'll start opening Patron-only quick commissions for those in the tier!

Chapter 4
Weekly patron-only request streams and Patron-exclusive adoptable designs! I will also start doing one-on-one guidance with anyone tier-eligible, where you can ask me to offer advice/help out with your own art once a month (for up to 30 minutes) in any format you feel comfortable with (IM, voice chat, video, etc!).

About
I go by some form of Resa all over the net! I used to make webcomics several years ago, and now I'd like to start telling new stories again! I'm half Black and half Japanese, which I feel lends a specific voice to my work I'd love to share with everyone. Ideally I hope to make stories that, while fun and zany in their own ways, will address certain concerns and personal struggles I've gone through and hopefully will help other people who feel similarly get through them. I also really like dogs.

My name is B. Arakaki, though I primarily go by the name Resalan. Drawing is what I feel I need to do, and I'd love to be able to continue as much as possible! I used to make webcomics, and I've really missed telling stories, so I would like to get comfortable enough to where I could work on new stories that hold messages important to me that I can share with everyone!
How does this work?
Patreon is an amazing way for people to both support and keep on doing what they love to do! Basically here you can donate whatever amount you feel comfortable with per month to help me continue creating! Know that you are not paying for access to my work, as you will be able to receive most of it for free just at later dates--this is just a way of supporting me if you would like! The "extra" is mostly all that will only be for Patrons, which include high-res images, PSDs, livestreams, request streams, and more user-based things like that.

These are a couple of the personal projects I will be focusing on, though there are a few more I'd like to add eventually. I tend to have a lot of ideas at once and many stories I want to tell, but you can have input on what you'd like to see more of!
DEVIL DROP (Fantasy/Action/Dramedy)
During the Second Prohibition, man-made magic (colloquially referred to as "Devil Drop") has been outlawed. Of course, this doesn't stop people from getting their hands on it! Meet Sweet, a wanted man who is one of the very few able to use magic naturally--and happens to have a power greatly sought after by the people in power in an awfully corrupt city.
VALUE (Magical Girl)
Penny never thought much of herself, which is why it was easy for her to trade her life in for someone else's. But this is a magical girl story, and things are never that easy. The tall, suited figure's dials twitched as a distorted voice broke through the static:
