✥That feeling of dread that wells up between your ribs as what you thought couldn't get worse, does. That brief moment before passing out where everything is cold, calm, digital. It's been three days, you've pushed past limits you didn't know you had but certainly do now. You can taste copper in the back of your throat. Your eyes are buzzing. Thank your gods they messed up this badly, congratulations, they let you have me.

Let me open by first saying, things I create can get a little weird and aren't always for the faint of heart. This is, mostly, because my life has been that way, too.
To completely break any semblance of "stage-persona" I may have: I'm 24 years old, a university student, Ts'mshian, Canadian, and I live with persistent multiple barriers. Art of all types has always been an essential outlet which has helped me to process my traumas, disabilities, and other challenges in life.
Eventually, I hit a point where I felt like the art I loved to consume, the music that resonated with me, was lacking in its abundance. So, I decided to add my own contribution to the world. Once I started sharing my work, I also started hearing back on how it's helped people, that there was something they found in my music or writing that they had been missing, or they felt about my work the same way I felt about the work I had long since been enamored with.
Some of it has also just been fun for The Consumer™. I make music that can easily be added onto a Halloween playlist, or if you just really want to scare the daylights out of your friends. I exist, musically, somewhere in this strange realm of witch house, sadcore, dark ambient, and general "strange baby trapped in the Silent Hill hospital" sort of sound.
My story-writing is equally as strange. Think, "John Dies At The End" except written by someone who has never read "John Dies At The End." My poetry, however, is typically slam/spoken poetry driven. They are intimate and emotionally fueled conversations I just happen to have slapped rhythmically together. In all my work, no matter what it is, I make a point of trying to incorporate some native language into it (in my case, being Ts'mshian, that's Sm'algyax).
Please be patient with me while I sort out this whole Pateron bit entirely. Life is hectic trying to juggle everything, and I'm very new to this. So, supporting me in summation means supporting my continued recovery through this creative process, my passion and excitement to create art that myself and others like me can connect with, and ensure that the internet does not ever have to go without its weird dark corners and "I spent too long online and somehow ended up here, please send help" moments.
