In 2013, I released my third novel, Summerhill, a surreal sci-fi action-adventure tale about a strange dog creature who teams up with a cruise ship hostess named Katherine in an attempt to unlock the mysteries of his past while traveling through different worlds, different times, and even different universes.

Now, it's time for me to tell Katherine's story, and I hope some of you out there will come along with me for the ride.

What I'll be doing here is serializing my first draft of the novel as I work on it, so that readers can see the story as it takes shape. It's something of an experiment for me, but I'm hoping it's something people will enjoy getting to be a part of instead of having to simply wait for the book to be finished.

Your support means I'll be able to devote more time to working on the novel; because I'm a self-employed freelancer, a Patreon campaign like this will ensure that I can safely dedicate the time to working on the book with the attention fans deserve, and hopefully allow me to create fun bonus content and hire artists to provide illustrations for not just this book, but other stories as well.
