Why I Started This Patreon Account:

What started as a little fitness blog in 2011, my humble attempt to fight the industry bullshit and make reaching your physique goals less about guesswork, simply about science, quickly grew into a community and coaching business. I was able to quit my job, work at this full time and have been ever since.

Over the last 7 years, I've been fortunate to work with over a thousand people. I have answered 23,000+ questions in the comments on the site and... lordy knows how many questions across social media.

So, I know exactly what people ask, why they mess up, and I've had a lot of practice explaining key concepts and guiding people out of situations which would waste them a lot of time and money.

I looooove answering questions, it is the favorite part of my week, second only to client work.

Teaching tests my knowledge - there is nothing like having to explain something to test whether you truly know the subject well or not.

Social media is great for some things, but attention spans are generally short. So I've created this space for people who appreciate sharp questions and detailed answers. It's a place where you can ask questions and interact with others using the training and nutrition protocols that I share on the site and in my books.
