I, Rita Sapunor, am on a mission to make the best comics I possibly can, one page at a time. A mix of autobiography, journalism, and fiction, my work aims for humor and depth. I take pains to render subjects with as much impact as I can muster. Some stories unfold in a single page; others are ongoing. Some work is submitted to publishers or clients. The more support I have, the more time I can dedicate to my comics. Each week, I publish one full page. You'll be the first to see it.

How this works: Select a rewards level—this the amount you contribute per full-page comic. If you pledge $1 per post, you'll pay $4 per month. You have the option to set a monthly maximum payment. In return, you'll get my comics sent to your email inbox as soon as they are published, and you'll get to commission original art from me, which you'll receive via snail mail. Every patron gets a drawing; they range from Post-It portraits to full-page comics on archival-quality Bristol paper.
