Monthly Hangouts
Everyone so far has been asking for support in the comments section of my videos but its really hard to maintain and i'd like to dedicate some time to run some live hangouts and help people out in person
Viewer Request Series
An area for you guys to request a topic and i'll make a series of videos called "Viewer Requests" where i answer a bunch of these questions with quick examples.
Extended Series
As my videos grow in size people always request new topics. 'can you do this', 'can you show that' i'd love to go back and revisit my videos after a few months and do followup videos
Magic Goal
I dont know what this will be yet but if we reach it i'll do something huge!

Welcome to my Patreon my name is Ryan i'm also known as Rm2kdev, as you may already know or have figured out i teach Game Development on Youtube.
I started developing indie games back in the early 90's, back then there were hardly any resources to learn from and game development was one of the industries best kept secrets! I remember the days when there were no Game Development Communities and the struggles i was going through to understand and learn the core concepts and ideas that one must learn to realise their own Game Development dreams.
As such i have made it one of my personal goals and passions in life to share my knowledge with anyone who is willing to listen especially young adults who are trying to learn game development for the first time.
Learning game development isn't just about having fun, playing and making games... its about building a skill set that you can keep for life and while you might not realise it when making your first zelda clone... or candy crush puzzle game but you have actually just learnt the same skill sets highly paid systems engineers use in their careers daily.
Its my hope that i can ease the learning process as well as direct and help our next generation into a path of computer science through game development so that they can be setup with the skills to sustain them for life.
Hopefully with your help and support i will be able to focus on producing higher quality content, more frequently, on an even wider array of topics.
