A SORCEROUS JOURNEY INTO THE STRANGE LAND

Good day!
My name is Robin Artisson. I am a writer, spiritual ecologist, folklorist, and a practitioner of traditional sorcerous arts, as well as the author of several books on these topics. I have come to Patreon to take the study of folklore, the worldview of spiritual ecology, and the practice of sorcery to the next level. I wish to show another perspective on what mature esoteric arts and insights can mean for people, for communities, and even for the legends that fill the landscapes that we rely upon.

My Patreon page allows me to share the unfolding of my creative arts with interested persons, and receive help from them in those efforts. We co-create, in this way, the shape of things to come. This is the place where future works of mine will be announced first, discussed first, and pre-release material made available to patrons, including:

-Illustrated PDF's and posts detailing the content of books that are in the process of being created

-Previews of not-before-seen art which is created by my talented circle of visual art-creating collaborators, to be used in my works

-Private chats with patrons, about the practical side of the sorcerous arts or even esoteric guidance when needed, and detailed questions answered about the content of coming works

-I will also write practical and theoretical essays on sorcerous and esoteric topics which will be exclusive to Patreon, and will be released here first, months and perhaps years before they appear in print anywhere else (assuming they ever do.)

Those who join my "Strange Correspondents" tier will also get (alongside what has been mentioned above) full preview chapters of books and works I create, before they are published.

I also have, as a second goal, to unlock the hidden dimensions of the Land where I live- the land of Maine- and its neighboring New England states by investigating the legends and lores of famous places (and not so well-known places) all throughout this region. I have studied the supernaturalism and folklore of New England for years, and have access to a large library of myths, legends, and modern day reports of strange activities to draw from.

I intend to bring a fresh eye of historical research and the extraordinary techniques of sorcery to the process of discovering the truths and historical events behind the legends and lores that fill this land. In this way, spiritual ecology and my own sorcerous practices can help bring attention to and preserve the stories and folklores of different places, expand our understanding of their origins, and (possibly) discover hidden layers of preternatural reality which may have gone undetected until now.

Things we only believed were urban legends or tall tales may have a more profound reality than we imagined. This is full-scale esoteric inquiry and occult investigation into the special corners of our world, in a way you've never seen it done before. This will include (when I'm not involved in book and art creation) full investigatory files being generated- and shared with my patrons- on local legends and folklore, recorded interviews with local people, officials, historians, and record-keepers, photographs and footage being taken of real places, maps of locations, field reports, and the discovery of what lies below the surface of folklore and place-centered story.

I'm inviting you to be with me, every step of the way. Patrons make it all possible.
