About Robin Hoffmann - Composer
Over the past fifteen years my music has been recorded with some of the best orchestras in the world, including the LONDON SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA, CITY OF PRAGUE PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA and STAATSKAPELLE WEIMAR.
Besides my work as composer, I try to help up and coming composers on their creative path. I have given masterclasses and private Skype lessons in composition/theory and orchestration for more than five years to over fifty students around the globe, some of which have become prolific composers.
I also posted a "Daily Film Scoring Bit" for more than ten years and got a lot of great feedback from the composer's community on that.
Unfortunately, my work schedule doesn't allow me anymore to teach actively. Also the daily time I need to spend to write the Daily Film Scoring Bits was taking too much out of my work day while I had the feeling that with many topics I was barely scratching the surface.
So this is where Patreon comes into play. With your monthly pledge, starting with as little as 1$, I can dedicate time to writing comprehensive articles about the things that I could not cover in the bits which will be exclusive reads for my patreons. But wait, there's even more! For you, there will be exclusive access to such things as score sheets, audio stems and analyses of my work, composition walkthroughs explaining why I do things the way I do. There will also be glimpses into the archive as well as unreleased music that never made it to the light of day. Depending on the popularity of this, I might be doing live streams on composition/orchestration.
If you can't get enough, you can even join a tier where you can send me questions or your own music for review once a month to get some input on your own work.
Thank you for supporting me and my work!
