I have been working with students for over nine years. One thing I have found is that many students don't know why they believe what they believe, and they don't have answers to many of life's deep questions. This causes them to either leave the faith or not see their faith as something of value. Without this foundation, they are unable to fully live out 2 Corinthians 5:20 (Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us.) and be ambassadors for Christ. My goal is to train students to understand the Christian worldview and help them get answers to life's big questions so that they live as ambassadors of Christ. Ultimately, I want them to know the Truth, pursue goodness, and create beauty.

My main areas of ministry are:

I started creating this free content back in 2015 for students, parents, and youth workers. The cost has always come out of my own pocket since my goal has always been to keep it free. Since then I have posted 290+ free blogs, videos, and podcasts at coffeehousequestions.com, iTunes, Soundcloud, YouTube, and more.

Would you partner with me to keep this content free and continue to reach the next generation with the truth of Christianity so that they live out their call as ambassadors for Christ making disciples of all nations?

About Me

I graduated in 2010 with a B.A. of Religion and an emphasis in Youth Leadership from Vanguard University of Southern California. After graduating I became a missionary in the Dominican Republic where I spend four years teaching English, Worldview, Apologetics, and Leadership to junior high and high school students. I moved back to Southern California in 2015 and started teaching Historical Christian Doctrine and Apologetics, Comparative Religions and Worldviews, and Philosophy of Ethics at a Southern California Christian high school. In 2017, I joined MAVEN as a field guide for their worldview missions experiences and became a trained volunteer apologist for the Reasons to Believe apologetics community. In 2019, I became a Stand to Reason affiliate.

I received my Master’s degree in Christian apologetics from Talbot School of Theology and hold a certificate in Science Apologetics from the Reasons Institute.

I started blogging in 2015. Some of my blogs have been featured at crossexamined.org, seanmcdowell.org, thepoachedegg.net, apologetics.com, josh.org. I am also a contributor for the updated version of the popular Apologetics Study Bible for Students which released in 2017. I entered the podcast world in 2016 and started posting regularly to YouTube in 2019.

Endorsements

"Ryan is an excellent communicator. He has solid content and also the passion and clarity to share it with youth so they really 'get it.' I am happy to endorse him as both an apologist and speaker."
-Dr. Sean McDowell, Professor, Speaker and Author

"If you're looking for an energetic, accessible, and winsome Christian Case Maker to teach your students or congregation, Ryan Pauly is ready to accept the challenge. He's an up-and-coming Christian apologist, and I endorse his work enthusiastically."
-J. Warner Wallace, Cold-Case Detective, Author, and Christian Case Maker

"We need more 'Ryans.' We need more young men full of integrity and a love of God’s truth, who can communicate it to a new generation. Ryan’s work for the Kingdom—through his writing, podcasting and speaking—is a gift to the church and it’s a pleasure to endorse his work."
-Brett Kunkle, Founder & CEO, MAVEN

"We've had Ryan come and speak a number of times at our church, and he has always left an impact with our students, but more importantly, inspired them to continue to look for the answers to their questions. What I appreciated most about Ryan's teaching is that he's not just giving them the "what" to their question, but also the "how". Reaching this next generation requires more than just a snazzy presentation and an interesting talk. They're also craving relationship and authenticity. This is where I think Ryan shines the most. It's clear, even from the stage, that he loves interacting with students and spending time with them."
-Kevin Yi, Youth Pastor, Church Everyday
