I write. My current project is the blog sam[]zdat. Sam[]zdat is roughly about epistemic limitations and meaninglessness. Better: it's a collection of thoughts on nihilism (against), the affirmation of life (for), and modernity (it's complicated).

Past essays have been about the English Enclosure Acts, narcissism, quantitative measures of social phenomena, and the economics of magic. Future essays will be about Kant's epistemology and Etruscan mythology. These will converge on something eventually.

It's not very kind. It is officially for life.

I'm not going to limit any essays to subscribers, and I don't actually use my patreon feed for much. There are scraps on there from time to time. I have no idea what other rewards you might want. Ask me for something.

I'm setting this as per post to avoid taking money without producing. Assume that means three or four posts a month and calculate accordingly. If you can only afford $1 month; a) thanks! b) set a monthly limit, you know the drill.

This is enough to exchange work hours for blogging hours. I promise to post three times a month, and four will be a whole lot more likely.
