As (brain) scientists, we are naturally inquisitive and want to know how and why things work the way they do. The manifold positive effects we experienced in ourselves when we picked up the Wim Hof Method made us curious to seek answers to the many questions that popped up in our heads. Seeing that there is a great hunger for solid and well-organized information from trusted sources across the Wim Hof community we heard our calling and the idea for „Science on the Rocks“ was born.
Our mission in this podcast is to sniff out and digest scientific evidence related to all aspects of the Wim Hof Method and to present them to you, our audience, in a fun, intelligible and compact format.
Why support us?
It’s true: we love researching the hard facts and creating content for Science on the Rocks! But it’s also true that our days have twenty-four hours, and that even podcast scientists have bills to pay. In order to be able to continue and grow this platform, we need support. If you value what we’re providing in this podcast and would like to help it flourish, we would be honored and grateful if you joined our support team by becoming a patron of our podcast here on Patreon.
Which payment systems does Patreon allow?
Payments are remitted via Paypal or Credit Card.
Patreon adds something called "VAT". What’s this?
VAT is short for Value Added Tax and Patreon will conveniently transfer it directly to the German tax authority (which spares us a lot of administrative work).
