Hi there!
I'm Scott Whitley, a bassist and bass tutor from Burnley, UK. A few years ago I uploaded a handful of free video bass lessons as a showcase for my 1-2-1 private bass tuition services. After about 12 months I started to received more and more views and people started to subscribe to my YouTube channel. After receiving countless comments & emails from bassists worldwide telling me how much they get from these lessons, and how they've helped them more than anything else I realised I HAD to create more free content!
My channel now has well over 5,000 subscribers and the demand for more and more diverse content is growing daily - a demand I currently can't keep up with as presently much of my time is dedicated to teaching 1-2-1 'in person' to pay for the bills, studio rent etc - time which could be better spent producing online video lessons which will benefit you and thousands of others for years to come. The recording equipment, lighting & cameras I use have all been completely self-funded and until present I haven't charged a penny for all the YouTube content I've produced.
In short - help me help you and others be giving allowing me to bring my hundreds of video lesson plans into life!!
