Sean David is a singer/songwriter from Port Elizabeth, South Africa.
A qualified chartered accountant, Sean (26) has a sense of discipline like no other. It’s when he applies this discipline to song writing where the magic really happens.
Having strummed his first chord in 2002 and going on to lead his local church worship team for a number of years, Sean has worked hard at his craft and brings a great deal of experience to the table.
Sean is currently launching the innovative Create Your Own Album project, with an expected release in December 2014. The project allows fans to get involved in the song writing process and put their stamp on the album.
This follows the release of his single Greatest Distraction featured on 5000 copies of a compilation album, Satellite Symphony Volume 1, featuring 11 other up-and-coming young artists. The album was initiated as part of the Tom Hess Music Careers Mentoring, and enjoyed worldwide distribution.
Other projects include featuring on Shaun Shaker’s 2012 release of Fight On under the name “Musicman”, as well as releasing videos of Prime Circle’s My Inspiration¸ Neil Young’s Harvest Moon, and Stuck in the Middle with You by Stealer’s Wheel.
With more music in the pipeline, a growing fan base and a positive outlook, this young song writer may soon be playing on a radio near you.
