Shakespeare and Punk is an independent lesbian-run online publication focusing on personal narrative and cultural criticism. Started as a tumblr blog in 2012, it got its own home in 2016. S&P is kept alive by the amazing contributors I have had the pleasure to publish, who work hard to write about the things that matter to them, and by me, functioning as content writer and editor, which I do as a part-time unpaid commitment.

S&P explores relationships what we listen to, what we watch, and what we read. I'm dedicated to  publishing poetry, fiction, and non-fiction from young writers and artists.

In addition to acting as editor-in-chief of Shakespeare and Punk, I devote much of my time to creating content for other outlets. I'm always writing and creating. Being a freelance creator is expensive - your pledge to support me allows me the freedom to do what I love most!

$2 of $200 per month
When I reach $200 a month, I will be able to pay contributors, meaning more content for YOU to enjoy!

It has always been my goal to pay my writers, which is just not financially possible without the support of people like you, who believe in the project.

Thank you!
