I'm Ankoku ( ShinjuRose @ YT ) and I'm a 20 yo girl from Poland with a passion for singing. I created my YouTube channel in 2011 and I've been active ever since, sharing my covers and joy with the world. I'm probably most known for my Horror RPG covers, being able to sing in different voices and going through probably all possible music genres in my videos. I mostly sing Vocaloid and anime songs in either English or Japanese, but you can expect all sorts of different things from me too. I'm constantly doing my best to improve and to have something on my channel for everyone!
Because singing is my biggest passion and I love being able to share it with others. I love seeing that I can give people something through music, with nothing else than my voice. Singing is what I always wanted to do, it helps me express my emotions, it helps me communicate with the world, it makes me happy, and seeing fans feeling at least one percent of what I’m trying to convey means a world to me.
To put it short - I'm at this point in life where I need to be more responsible and do what I can do to become independent. Due to my health issues I was forced to quit uni last year and because of that I couldn't get a regular job for a while. The time I took to improve my health and learn things that could help me in being able to get a more flexible job that wouldn't make my health issues worse made it almost impossible for me to keep being as active as a vocalist as I used to be a year ago. Sadly, my financial situation isn't too great because of all of this and I simply can't afford to spend too much time doing what I love to do - singing and sharing this passion with my fans from all parts of the world. I would be really happy if this passion of mine could support itself financially, that's why I'm opening mixing commissions and a Patreon page - to save money for a proper equipment and make it possible for me to keep doing what I love to do more frequently. Singing makes me happy, but interacting with happy fans is better than anything, so I hope I'll get to do this for years to come!
Patreon lets fans pledge any amount of money to their favorite artists. In my case it's per video I upload (obviously I won't count videos that aren't related to my channel's purpose - singing). I thought it's more fair than a monthly campaign, knowing that I sometimes don't get to upload any videos in a month, and I don't want to charge anyone for nothing. Pledging is simple - you decide what amount of money you would like to pledge in exchange for "rewards" and once I upload a video - I will receive your donation. Don't worry though! If I were to upload too many songs at once, you can always set a maximum monthly limit for your pledges. That way you can be sure that you're not going to give out more money than you'd like to. It's not my mission to make any of my supporters broke and starving!
Any amount of money you decide to pledge will be greatly appreciated. I plan to use this money to improve the quality of my content and upload more regularly for you - the fans to enjoy. If you're concerned about being forced to support me forever after you decide to pledge, don't you worry, you can always cancel your pledge - you have full control! All of it is out of your kindness and I will appreciate any kind of help to keep this hobby alive.
If you don't want or simply can't help - that doesn't change the fact that I love all of my fans!
With or without donations - I will do my best to continue my YouTube journey and I won't give up that easily!
