About Spicey Ky
Recently, I went through a journey that led me to an
awesome book idea that I'm sure you would love to take part in, as well as read. It began with the idea of using my connections to write about the death of Tupac Shakur... specifically Who killed Tupac Shakur.
Being from Lynwood and Compton, California, it didn't take long to find out just how touchy that subject still is to this day in the hoods of LA County.
So, through much prayer and creative analysis, my collaborator and I came up with a much more thought-provoking approach to the death of Pac. We want to tie it into the West Coast Gangs issue, specifically the gangs of Compton, CA.
This thing is far beyond the depths of the inner cites of Compton. We need to reach people involved from California to Nevada and beyond. That means a lot of traveling, especially with Jenn being in Seattle, which is getting expensive.
Joining our Patreon community gives you EXCLUSIVE ACCESS to updates on the project before they hits the scenes! You become our sounding board for new ideas and progress reports that will only be shared with you, so your help shape the direction of the story.
Depending on the membership level you choose, you also get access to free promo goods and, of course, a free copy of the book!
Therefore, they have NO connections with either the Compton Mob Pirus, the South Side Compton Crips or the people in the streets of CPT who have something to say about Pac. They don't even have connections with the State of California or the Hip Hop world, in many cases.
So, they churn out general content with no actual impact on Hip Hop, Black, urban or any other types of communities interested in THE BIG PICTURE behind his death, as well as the deaths of others related to the shooting in Las Vegas, Nevada (where I actually currently live).
We are telling the story from angles never told before... two Black women journalists with love for Tupac Shakur... but with even deeper love for the future of our people and our country as a whole.
We are committed to writing a story like nothing ever published before in history. Join our Patreon community to follow along with us. #EveryDollarCounts

Taking This Exclusive Tupac Journey with Me
To do this, we need to interview the right people, some of whom have left the state or are in hiding. In order to get the truth, we need to speak to these people face-to-face during the interviews. We also need to get in touch with the right crowds and people within in law enforcement agencies to get their takes as well. This thing is far beyond the depths of the inner cites of Compton. We need to reach people involved from California to Nevada and beyond. That means a lot of traveling, especially with Jenn being in Seattle, which is getting expensive.

What Makes Our 2Pac Journey So Special?
Many authors and documentary makers have covered the ' Who Killed Tupac?' angle as best they could with what they had to work with as outsiders. Most don't live anywhere near Compton, CA.Therefore, they have NO connections with either the Compton Mob Pirus, the South Side Compton Crips or the people in the streets of CPT who have something to say about Pac. They don't even have connections with the State of California or the Hip Hop world, in many cases.
