Thanks for visiting my page and glimpsing the epic journey I'm embarking on! Lo and behold the newly minted 30 year old! Tired of teaching English, sick of people saying he can't make video games because he's terrible at math, he sets out to conquer the dragon!

Hahaha, I've ALWAYS wanted to be a part of the video game industry. I can remember getting goosebumps playing Legend of Legaia and Chrono Trigger, genuinely being upset when Aris died (Fur realz, I had a phoenix down, wtf?!?!? okay that one still stings), and the legit joy of mastering the FFIX card game & blitzball in X. But I always thought these things were made by mad wizards with even madder skillz, and I could never hope or dream of being counted amongst their noble ranks.

But about a year or two ago I straight up murdered those weasley naysaying voices and just started DOING IT. I study every single day, and I love it. I study C#, 3D art, Maya, Blender, Photoshop, Unity, Zbruuuuuuush, the works, and I can honestly say I am not half as happy at work as I am when I'm MAKING something.

If you get anything from this page, I hope it's this: It's never TOO late to start something new that you're really and truly passionate about. It takes a lot of work, and it's more difficult when you're older to do so. But just do it, person! Haha, and remember, you can't fail if you don't give up!
