Strength & Mobility Workouts

In this tier, you will receive 3 workouts/ week focused on a mixture of shoulder mobility, handstands, leg exercises for healthy and strong splits, and core. 

-These workouts are programmed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and are designed to supplement pole, aerial, flexibility, crossfit, etc. OR to be done on their own as a strength and mobility program.

The program is shared every Monday and includes 3 workouts: Shoulder & Core day, Handstand day, and Leg day.

What is my background?
I began pole dancing in 2014 and I fell in love!!! I became a certified Xpert Pole Trainer and surrounded myself with all things pole :)) It became my passion and it also led me to another passion of mine- flexibility!!

In the beginning of my journey, I struggled with several nagging injuries. I went nonstop and I was learning how to move my body in all these new movement patterns- so naturally I went through some overtraining learning curves most of us know so well.

I began following a strength and mobility  program written by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Tiana Tallant and it has helped me so much. It keeps my body feeling balanced, strong, and healthy!!

I'm stoked to have this opportunity to share this program with you in hopes of making a positive impact on your training as well!

Please use these workouts as a baseline and feel free to modify as needed based on experience level and access to equipment- if you're unsure how to modify something, please message me here or on IG.
