About Sterling Yoga

At Sterling Yoga our mission is to help you however we can on your health and wellness journey. Our classes and workshops follow in the style of Iyengar yoga and are deeply focused on detail and proper alignment, making them perfect for all skill levels and all bodies.
Our Patreon instructors, Sterling, Frank, and Brynn, are lifelong students themselves, interested in having a deep understanding of anatomy and the human body. Their goals are to educate students about their health, their body and how it works; how to heal and invigorate the body they have right now; to help prevent future injuries and imbalances we all deal with in modern life; and to inspire everyone to become their best and happiest selves through a yoga practice that is both challenging and appropriate for all people at all levels of skill and ability.
