About Stretch & Flex

Stretch & Flex provides Pilates, functional mobility, stretching and flexibility training to help you create a body that you’re comfortable in, everyday, whether it’s for exercise-specific progress, or just to complete daily tasks with ease!


Sometimes we just don’t have time for deeply spiritual, classical yoga for hours at a time, but also a few minutes stretching squeezed in at the end of a HIIT training session just doesn’t cut it.

That’s where we fit in.


With regular commitment to Stretch & Flex group classes we will help you to enhance your quality of life by improving and maintaining core strength, increasing range of motion in your joints and flexibility in your muscles.


We understand every individual has a unique level of fitness with different abilities, restrictions, medical history, body structure and genetic makeup....
... that’s why all Stretch & Flex programs are constructed with this in mind, allowing for adaptability to meet the requirements of the participants.


Whether that involves completing stretches whilst lay on the floor, cross-legged against a wall or even sat on a chair.
Classes are carried out in a relaxed, supportive and safe atmosphere with your comfort and enjoyment of paramount importance.


Stretch & Flex strives to;
  • Be accessible to all, regardless of age or ability
  • Promote self-confidence
  • Help establish personal ‘task and result’ objectives and a desire to accomplish them
  • Give all participants a feeling of ‘ownership’ of their progress
