The Cheapskate Package
per month
  • I'll regularly post updates about the coming months' videos & other plans. I don't like to make plans thaaaat public because plans fall through, videos don't work, y'know how it is. But yeah - I'll make sure you're actually in the loop about stuff I'm doing for a change
  • Early access - I'll post links to new videos here an unspecified amount of time before release
  • Exclusive content - either a making of or an unedited TV commentary recorded for research purposes
The Amount of Money Package
per month
  • Name in the credits of every video
  • If you send me a picture of yourself, I may draw you as a background character in a random video of my choosing (if I have space). This might not happen every month, it depends.

Buy a Stubagful Plush (tm)
per month
  • Make one of my drawings into a soft toy and I will send it to you (for all the people asking for Living Flesh Supercomputer toys. Yes that was how much the company charged me, plus import costs. So...yeah if you have money to burn, you can actually do this.)

My name is Stuart.

I have been making stuff in my spare time and posting it on the internet for you to watch, listen to or read for nearly a decade now.

For the last 5 years its mostly been in the form of Youtube videos where I use everything I can remember from my creative writing degree to make silly offbeat reviews of popular TV shows including Doctor Who, Sherlock, Stranger Things, Bojack Horseman and other stuff I'm interested in.

I'm mostly doing criticism as practice. I'm trying to figure out the best way to write original material that gets my audience to feel something. For example: this story I wrote the other year:

The channel's not just reviews and stories of course, a lot of it's random funny, weird or scary videos, sketches, anything to try and get an entertaining reaction out of people. E.g: I have an ongoing horror cartoon series set at a weird school ruled by a demon computer:

Yeah basically my creative projects include a little bit of everything.

And here's the thing: I want to go bigger, and bigger would require some degree of budget, and I'd like to figure out how to do that in my own way. Youtube's ad-revenue based numbers game isn't really my scene. I tend to like doing what I want, when I want, and as well as being more ambitious with my videos, I'd like to expand my projects to things outside of Youtube. E.g.: I invented a new extreme sport in the video below that I'd love to actually try out one day if I could get the funds.

I'm gonna set any money this makes aside and hopefully end up doing something big and cool with it.

How do you know that I will keep to that hopelessly vague teaser and not just spend it on cheesecake or something?

That's a very good question...
