Hit this point, and it becomes clear that I'm reaching for cool stuff to come up with. Once a month, I'll do an audio cast of one of my blogs, with the Patreon supporters voting on which I should narrate.
Godzilla Costume
Hey, aim big, right? If by some ridiculous confluence of insane events, you all manage to push me to this point I will don an high-grade Godzilla costume, rampage around somewhere in the DFW area, and video the whole thing. I'll really get into it, too. Roaring, maybe some make-shift fire-breath with a lighter a hairspray, the whole nine yards. Might even try to fight a tree, pretending its another monster, who knows? I'd feel compelled to put on a good show. Oh... and this would occur monthly.

Drew Hayes is an aspiring author from Texas who has written several books and found the gumption to publish a few (so far). He graduated from Texas Tech with a B.A. in English, because evidently he's not familiar with what the term "employable" means. Why Pledge Here?
Is there any way of answering that in which I don't seem like an egomaniac? I mean... there's a lot of cool stuff on this site, I'm not going to lay claim to being the best. Let's just say I like writing a lot, and people seem to enjoy reading the works I come up with, so if you'd like to take away some of my daily financial stresses, that would be really awesome of you.

I'm Drew Hayes, and for over five years now I've been running the web-serial Super Powereds, the story about would-be super heroes trying to make the cut in a college program that licenses those who can fight crime. In the last year, I've also added a second web-serial called Corpies, which is a spin-off of the main Super Powereds series.
Will The Pledges Impact Your Posting Schedule?
They will not, as I'm already putting up content as frequently as possible (SP Tuesday and Thursday, Corpies on Wednesday). The upswing is, by helping keep me from going back to the corporate world, I will be able to maintain the current updating schedule. So, in a way, I guess pledging does impact posting. Look at that, we're figuring this out together. Go us!
Are You Going To Add More Rewards?
Maybe down the line, but at the moment there isn't a whole lot I can offer. As my site transitions into more merchandise based areas, I'd like to be able to offer freebies and discounts; however, that's theoretical at best, for now.
