Fun with silicone
$300 per tutorial
Another thing I've been wanting to play with is silicone molds. If we reach this goal, I'll start ordering the supplies and tools necessary for that kind of crafting and get to work experimenting and sharing the results with you. DIY chocolate LEGO, anyone?
Video tutorials
$600 per tutorial
Ok, so this goal is not a straight up promise, because I'm still learning what's involved, but if we reach it, I will look into getting set up to do some video tutorials. Some people prefer video, some prefer written tutorials. If enough people are interested in video tutorials and we get this far, I'll see what I can do to make those happen, not for every tutorial, but for some of them, or as pieces of larger tutorials to explain steps that are perhaps less easy to understand with just still pictures and written words.

About

I'm a crafter and creator of many things: plushies, costumes, household goods, jewelry, decorations, paper crafts, silly hats and more. I do lots of commission work, and as often as I can I share craft ideas and inspiration on my blog, Tally's Treasury. Twice a month (ish, because life, ack) pop by for a complete tutorial & learn how to make something nifty yourself!

Hi everyone! I'm Tally, and I make things. Lots of things. I'm always in the middle of at least half a dozen projects, with a head stuffed with more craft ideas yet to be realized.

Creating things makes my world go round - it brings me joy and satisfaction, and I want to share that with you. Maybe you're:

- a beginner crafter who doesn't know quite where to start or what kind of glue/scissors/paper to use
- a competent crafter looking for new ideas
- a genius crafter in one particular area, who wants to learn a new skill like sewing or jewelry making
- absolutely never going to DIY anything ever again after that horrible incident with the superglue in 5th grade (and also last week), but you love looking at other people's projects

Whichever category you fit into, there will be something for you here!

I post new tutorials once to twice a month - those are what I'm asking for donations for. Between tutorials I sometimes post about other craft ideas and inspiration, recent non-tutorial projects I've done, or about why glitter is among the greatest evils known to humankind - those are freebies!

Tutorials take a lot of time & materials to create. I once tried to make my way in the world as a professional crafter, now I simply try to squeeze it in between day-jobbing and chores and other being-an-adult things. Free time is increasingly eaten up by commission work - I love those projects and I'm grateful for them, but I do want to be able to keep creating tutorials.

The money you donate will help me afford (quite literally, haha) the time to keep making tutorials, which will keep my skills sharp and growing and, I hope, help me to gradually pursue my dreams of being creative professionally and full time. It will also help me purchase the necessary craft supplies, and perhaps invest in some new tools and materials to delve into even more types of crafting. And let's be honest, it'll also help me buy wine for those days when the sewing machine is being a %*$@# and the glue spilled everywhere and every project I touch is just going straight to hell. It happens to everyone.
