Hello Ladies, I'm so happy you've come over to have a peek to see what this page is about.

It's a place for you where I'm going to share tips, my thoughts, some videos, and chat about topics that really matter and you can relate to as a woman with pre-menopause.

Topics will vary from our hormones (or those flaming roller coaster rides), our changing bodies, food cravings, the importance of moving your body (exercise), making time for yourself, hydration, relaxation, breathing, and stretching.  I'll occasionally include topics relating to our role as a parent, and caregiver role shifts as our parent's age.  

Of course, in life laughter is so important, so I'm going to throw in some humour (belly laughter and...I better go to the bathroom before I pee my pants...LOL)
