{ hi. }

As it says up in the header, I'm Tanya, and I write stuff you should read.

I've written stories since the moment I could hold a pencil. Every idea I have wants to grow up into a sprawling epic - yet for a short time, all I was writing here was Flash Fiction.

It's a good exercise, don't get me wrong, it's amazing for idea generation - but I've been forced to admit that I am a novel writer. Generating a novel idea every other day isn't helpful if I never actually WRITE them.

As of September 3, I will be writing a novel in 28 days, and posting my daily word production here. I'll do it again in October starting on the 4th, then November, and so on. By my count, I should get through my WIP / Idea list in about 3 business years.

They'll be drafts, of course, nothing cranked out in a month is ready to publish without revision. But they'll be finished, and YOU will have read them before anyone else, for the low low price of $2/mo - or whatever amount you feel is appropriate beyond that.

Why am I writing novels on Patreon?
Because I need support to do the thing I was designed to do. I've got an inspired, creative brain trapped in a crumbling body, and words are all I've got left. Your support through Patreon is one way for me to do what I love AND keep my car insured.

It's a win-win. You give me the financial flexibility to exist via a non-traditional work model, and I supply you with monthly novels, 1200-1500 words at a time.

Thank you in advance!

Ongoing Supporter
$2 or more per month

As an Ongoing Supporter, you join the Tanya Schofield "Family Don't End In Blood" family of Patrons.

For the extremely manageable base pledge of $2, you will receive a draft of a novel in daily 1200 - 1500 word posts - as well as occasional blog-style updates about me and my ongoing projects (writing and otherwise) along the way.

You'll also get first dibs on new projects or services - whatever I do, you're part of the family, and I want to share it with you.

Remember, you can always pledge more - more is always welcome, but never required. You can also adjust your pledge whenever you like, because life happens and circumstances change.
