Vjerujem da svi možemo živjeti zdravo, zadovoljno i bistrog uma. To su naša osnovna prava i sposobnosti koje trebamo razvijati. Praksa yoge nudi nam set inteligentnih i praktičnih metoda za očuvanje zdravlja koje djeluju na svakoga, neovisno o predispozicijama, stari dobri moto "zdrav duh u zdravom tijelu”.
Jedina karakteristika potrebna za praksu yoge je spremnost da se ulože trud i volja, drugim riječima jedina prepreka je lijenost. Naše zdravlje je u našim rukama.

Zato nudim znanje koje sam dugo godina radoznalo sakupljala, primjenjivala na sebi te filtrirala tako da bude što jasnije i praktičnije za primjenu svima. Tena Yoga online program i YouTube playliste snimki sati otvoreni su za svakoga.

Moj način podučavanja yoge je terapeutski što znači da u prvi plan stavljam metode koje ciljano pomažu pri ozdravljenju nekog problema. Pokretima, dahom, osvještavanjem, istezanjem i suosjećajnim stavom možemo dotaknuti svoje tijelo svjesno i ciljano te razrađivati mišiće i tkiva koji nas drže u zarobljenima u boli. Naše tijelo je riznica navika, memorija i podsvjesnog djelovanja. Tijelo doživljava svijet oko sebe, a razum interpretira taj doživljaj. Zato djelujući kroz tijelo i razumijevajući što radimo činimo najveću promjenu. Strpljivo, malo po malo…

I believe that we can all live healthy, content and with a clear mind. These are our basic rights and capabilities that we need to develop. The practice of yoga offers us a set of intelligent and practical methods of maintaining health that affect everyone, regardless of predispositions, the good old motto "a healthy mind in a healthy body".
The only characteristic required for the practice of yoga is the willingness to invest effort and will, in other words the only obstacle is laziness. Our health is in our hands.

That is why I offer knowledge that has been curiously collected for many years, applied to myself and filtered so that it is as clear and practical as possible for everyone to apply. The Tena Yoga online program and YouTube playlist of footage hours are open to everyone. You can join me, practice, learn and see what is useful to you. My way of teaching yoga is therapeutic, which means that I focus on methods that help cure a problem. With movements, breath, awareness, stretching and a compassionate attitude, we can touch our body consciously and purposefully and work out the muscles and tissues that keep us trapped in pain. Our body is a treasure trove of habits, memory and subconscious action. The body experiences the world around it, and the mind interprets that experience. That is why by acting through the body and understanding what we are doing we are making the biggest change. Patiently, little by little…
