TRSAR is a female directed 501(c)3 nonprofit reptile and exotics rescue that services the state of Texas. Directed by Nikki Pesek, we have worked with reptiles and exotics for over 30 years. TRSAR intakes unwanted pets and rescues. We rehabilitate, provide a wellness check, veterinary care, temperament test, socialize, love, and then adopt out our rescues to qualified, forever homes. We are strongly committed to proper animal husbandry and are proud to diligently partner with local shelters to ensure seized animals are given a second chance at life.

OUR MISSION: If we as rescuers for the often feared and mistreated can embrace a charismatic and open-minded philosophy, we will have made an influential difference, a dramatic impact, and will have paved the way for the misunderstood animals we rescue to have a fighting chance at a fulfilled life.
