Milestone Goals
1 model per month
1 model specifically will be given priority over everything else every month.
2 models a month
2 models specifically will be given priority over everything else every month.
3 models a month
3 models specifically will be given priority over everything else every month.
4 models a month
4 models specifically will be given priority over everything else every month. This is the maximum I feel comfortable doing with a full-time job.
Full-time modeler, quit my day job.
This is a bit of a joke milestone, but hey.... you never know.
About
I'm a veteran 3D modeler by hobby and a professional analyst/SysAdmin by trade. In my free-time, I enjoy modeling and making models for games.

Please note: I am a hard-surface modeler. I am not very experienced in organic modeling. As such, I will not be creating character models (or parts of).
I've been a 3D generalist since 2006, and I enjoy making 3D models for fun. I primarily make models related to My Little Pony or other fandoms (like Star Wars, Star Trek, etc) that are usable in the Source game engine, but I also dabble in high-poly modeling and Renderman. Autodesk Maya is my program of choice for the last 6 or so years, and I consider myself an intermediate with the application.
While I normally release my work and take some suggested model ideas free of charge, I need additional income to help fund my hobby. 3D modeling, animation, and rendering push computers to their maximum potential, and I frequently encounter issues caused by failing hardware and performance limitations with my i7-920 machine built in 2009. I have a steady job, but I am 100% self-reliant. The income is not enough to allow me the luxury of upgrading my entire platform along with all the expenses life throws at me.
I do not like taking commissions because I feel very restricted creatively and the return on investment (of my time) is not high enough to justify the time involved. I also cannot use Maya commercially (such as taking commissions). That said, I intend only to mark models for Patreon-funding which are directly related to MLP ( such as these) or appeal to a wide audience. As a patron, you are effectively tipping me for creating community-models rather than paying for a private commission. All models will (eventually) be available to the public.
I take great pride in my work, and with that, I put several hours of my time into modeling, texturing, and converting for Source. The models that are Patreon-supported will meet the highest degree of effort and quality I can put out.
I appreciate all of your support. By becoming my patron you not only help me acquire new hardware to create more models, renders, and animations with, but you also encourage me to stay active and ever-improving. I don't want your money for half-assed effort.
Your tips will first help me pay off the $1000 debt for my mobo/CPU/RAM upgrade, and afterwards, it will go towards new tools to help me make 3D more efficiently.
