Hello, my name is Jasmine, or "Momo", as most people call me. My passions are art, cartoons, comics, character design, cute things, and sciences. My love of biology and insects inevitably collided with my love of cute cartoons, and so, The Bug Pond was created!
I want to work hard to create an endearing comic about bugs that everyone can enjoy, while simultaneously helping people learn about insects, arachnids, and all kinds of bugs. My hope is that more people can see just how fascinating and amazing these creature are, just like any other animal can be.
Of course, I can't keep it up on my own. It's becoming more and more difficult to pay for living expenses with only low-priced commissions while working on a weekly color comic. I don't want to have to cut down on quality to keep it going, so that's where you, my fans, come in! With your support, I'll be able to keep up my comic, keep the quality constant, and provide you with extra goodies! Everyone wins!
